The first crash occurred at approximately 11:00 AM local time when a single-engine plane crashed into a field near the Wittman Regional Airport. The pilot and passenger were killed in the crash.

The second crash occurred at approximately 1:00 PM local time when a biplane crashed into a wooded area near the airport. The pilot and passenger were also killed in the crash.
The third crash occurred at approximately 3:00 PM local time when a helicopter crashed into a lake near the airport. The pilot and passenger were killed in the crash.

The cause of the crashes is still under investigation. However, officials say that the weather conditions were clear at the time of the crashes.

The EAA AirVenture Oshkosh is the world’s largest annual air show and draws millions of visitors from around the world. The show is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, August 1, and run through Sunday, August 7.
