Country music superstar Luke Bryan and his wife, Caroline, have slashed another $1 million off the price of their posh Florida beach house. The property, which is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, was originally listed for $18 million in December 2022. It was then reduced to $16 million in February 2023. Now, the Bryans are hoping to sell the home for $14.9 million.

The beach house is located on a private, 2.5-acre lot and has 11,000 square feet of living space. It features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a two-story great room with a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, a movie theater, a game room, and a swimming pool. The property also has direct access to the beach.
Bryan and his wife bought the beach house in 2014 for $13.4 million. They have since made a number of renovations to the property, including adding a new pool, a tennis court, and a putting green.

It is unclear why the Bryans are selling their beach house. However, it is possible that they are looking for a larger home or that they are simply downsizing.
The beach house is being listed by Denise DeBartolo of Coldwell Banker. She said that the Bryans are open to all offers and that they are “motivated to sell.”
The reduced price tag could help the Bryans sell their beach house. However, the market for luxury homes in Florida has been slow in recent months. It is possible that the Bryans will have to wait a while before they find a buyer.
