United were the better team on the day, and they deserved their victory. They created more chances, and they were more clinical in front of goal. Fernandes and Sancho were both impressive, and they will be hoping to continue their good form in the upcoming season.

Arsenal were disappointing, and they will need to improve if they want to challenge for the top four this season. They created some chances, but they were not clinical enough. They also lacked a cutting edge in the final third.
