Michelle Yeoh and Jean Todt Finally Tie the Knot After 19-Year Engagement

The couple exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in Geneva, Switzerland, on Thursday, July 27. The wedding was attended by close friends and family, including former Formula One driver Felipe Massa, who shared photos from the event on social media.

Yeoh, 60, and Todt, 77, met in Shanghai in 2004, and Todt proposed to Yeoh just two months later. The couple have been together ever since, but they chose to wait until this year to get married.

In a statement, Yeoh said she was “overjoyed” to finally be married to Todt. “He is my best friend, my partner in crime, and the love of my life,” she said. “I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with him.”

Todt also expressed his happiness at the wedding. “I am so grateful to have Michelle in my life,” he said. “She is the most amazing woman I know, and I am so lucky to be her husband.”

The wedding comes at a time of great professional success for Yeoh. In March 2023, she won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in the film “Everything Everywhere All at Once.” The film was a critical and commercial success, and it helped to solidify Yeoh’s status as one of the most talented actresses in the world.

Yeoh is also a successful businesswoman. She has her own production company, Mythical Films, and she is a brand ambassador for several luxury brands.

Todt is a former racing driver and team manager. He served as the CEO of Scuderia Ferrari from 1996 to 2007, and he was the president of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) from 2009 to 2021.

The couple is currently living in Geneva, Switzerland. They have no children together.
